April 16, 2014 – Closed on the construction loan!

April 19, 2014 – Made lots of decisions!

• Roof – black     
• Location of outside electrical outlets and water
• Location of address stone
• Can lights in the house and outside
• Cultured marble for the fireplace surround
• Inside paint colors
• Elfa pantry design done!
